♥ Ingredients:
(4 portions)

1.2 lbs pork belly
½ tsp Vietnamese five spice powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tbsp fish sauce


For the skin:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp white distilled vinegar

½ tsp muỗng cà phê ngũ vị hương
½ tsp muỗng cà phê bột hành
½ tsp muỗng cà phê bột tỏi
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu
½ tbsp muỗng canh đường
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối
½ tbsp nước mắm


Dùng cho phần da:
1 tsp muỗng cà phê muối
1 tsp muỗng cà phê bột baking soda
1 tbsp muỗng canh giấm trắng
